I have followed your instructions and fixed one employee.
For some reason the other two aren't coming up in the card section. their cards seem to be suppliers. Any idea how I can fix this?

Since the other two employees aren't showing up because their card files are under suppliers, you'll need to set them up under employees. If they're already set up as employees, make sure that their card file is still active. You can check this link for more information.
