I understand how important it is that all details for your employees are complete. As mentioned earlier, you have two companies on two different computers. If you are using a different file for each of those companies, it's likely the reason why they have a difference in detail. If this is the case, you can export your employee cards from one file to the other. I recommend reading this article, Importing and exporting data.
