Payroll.. Help Needed Please..

I have changed a Pay cycle from Monthly to Weekly, for a couple of my clients through Salary & Wages, I now go to complete a Pay Run it automatically reverts back to Monthly..

I can change this manually but in doing so, this below happens

I can go ahead and change manually but in doing so, once I go onto next page the year goes back to 2022 and it wants to record this  

In the Business settings the financial year is set correctly not as 2022

 

Is anyone able to help please? 

Our Business is using Accounts Right

    Hi Trish02, 

     

    Thanks for sending through the screenshots; that helps a ton. Based on what you’ve shared, it does look like an older draft pay run is still being picked up.

     

    I’d recommend:

    • discarding the current draft pay run
    • checking the employee’s pay cycle is set to Weekly
    • starting a new pay run and entering the weekly dates again

    If it still jumps back to 2022 after that, you’ll need to contact support so they can check the file more closely. You can do that by creating a ticket in My Account or connecting with our live chat team through MOCA, our virtual assistant.
