Payroll not going through to ATO declaration

I've run my payroll twice, and it isn't recording in MYOB. After I press record twice it won't take me to the ATO declaration. It goes straight to the overview page, where it has zero balances for everything, & payroll has been wiped. I need to finalise payroll this evening.

  • I can see the 2026/2027FY in STP but the payroll is not visible and there are no entries in MYOB.  So the problem is that the payroll is not recording.  It continually scrolls round and round until it times out.

    Hi All,

    I called MYOB this morning. It was a backend script fix. It took approx 15 minutes. It wiped the 3rd payroll I had prepared. I did a test payroll of 1 employee & it worked. I am currently preparing payroll for the 4th time. The number I called was 1300 555 123.

    I contacted MYOB this morning & they ran a back end script fix. It took about 15 minutes but unfortunately wiped my 3rd payroll. I have since processed a 4th payroll & it has lodged successfully. The number I called was 1300 555 123. They answered quickly & were very helpful & efficient.

    This is unbelievable. They are now saying, after 1:26:52 on the phone that the issue is the ATO as some company files are still pending to be update BY THE ATO so, figures can show at our end.

    This does not make any sense at all.

  • Seems unlikely that it is the ATO, although I can say that while we could not see our pay run saved yesterday in the STP listing this morning, we can see it now and we have now started entering the balance of our payroll and done a test "record" which has completed no problem.  So whatever it was seems to have now been resolved.  Something of a wasted half day or so already though!

    I am still having the same issue like before. Not letting me record and skipping in full the STP process

    For those still having same issue:

     

    Please contact MOCA team and let them know you are having the same issues every year with the very first pay run. ASK THEM TO RUN THE SCRIP that fixed that problem. They will ask for screen shots of the error and include the very last photo with ceros.
