Payroll not processing 22/23

Hi

My first pay run for 22/23 is not processing. The Process Payments screen is all nil.

 

No: 0464

ID: 2

 

Can you please help?

    I am only able to find a serial number ending #8369, could you please send me a private message with your full serial number?
