Payroll not recording or finalising
I haven't been able to process and finalise my payroll at all this payroll year since 1/7/23. I thought this was because I hadn't finalised last years payroll but apparently this is not the case. I can record the details to each employee, the problem seems to be when you get to the stage where it reports to STP - it shows 0 pays processed! It is now getting urgent and I need some help please. Impossible to even find the phone number and the LiveChat form asking me for my details won't even go through to the next stage. Please help as I need to finalise two weeks of pays urgently!
