Payroll Not Recording

Hi,   MYOB AR payroll is not processing. It was working yesterday.

    I'm unable to locate the account, are you able to send me the complete serial number by Private Message.

Are you getting any error message while trying to process payroll? If yes please confirm the last 4 digits of the serial number, company file name and company file ID so we can check what's causing it.

    Last 4 digits are 1706. Payroll is recorded but not showing any payments at step 3, not is it asking for STP lodgement.
