I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing an error when trying to process your payroll and send information to ATO. We appreciate your patience with this matter. We recommend you open the employee record and the payroll details section. Open the Leave tab and click Save. This updates the background information and will allow the pay run to be recorded and reported.
If you receive the same error after clicking Save on the Leave tab, clear the cache on the browser and restart the process. Let me know if you still require further help with this.
