Hope someone can help.  A staff memeber Alannah is leaving us and I am trying to work out her annual pay but the entilements are all over the place.  She was moved to part-time.  Can anyone assist?

    Ideally, when the employee was moved to part-time employee the entitlement hours should have been carried across through the way of an entitlement adjustment pay OR paid out to the employee. 

     

    In your case, I would recommend speaking with an employment specialist as to what is required to be paid out and processed as part of the final pay. From my understanding, and I would recommend confirming with an employment specialist you would be looking at paying out both the Annual Leave Part-time hours as well as the Holiday Leave Accrual values. As the part-time entitlement is in a negative it will reduce the overall pay of the employee but the Holiday Leave Accrual values being positive will bring that overall pay back up.
