If the Entitlements Balance Report shows there’s enough leave to cover what’s being taken, you can safely ignore the zero balance error message. It’s just popping up incorrectly, but the good news is the underlying figures are spot on. If you go ahead and process the pay run, it’ll all sort itself out, and the accurate leave balance will show up on the pay slip perfectly. If you still can't proceed with processing the pay run, make sure to reach out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
