Hi irenegeng,
That's a bit odd when you've ticked the box and the pay slips still play hide and seek. It's worth having your employees check their spam or junk folders first, just in case the emails have taken a detour there.
If they're still nowhere to be found, best to jump onto our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via MyAccount so the team can dig a bit deeper for you.
