Good question, especially when the leave is already set up and it’s the adjustment part that needs sorting. Since the leave is already in place for your different staff, the next step is to use leave entitlement adjustments to make sure each person ends up with the right balance. As for whether it’s better to adjust year by year or just bring everything to the correct balance at the end of 2025, that’s one to check with your accountant. They’ll be able to guide you on which adjustment method makes the most sense for how you want the records handled.
