We are having the same issue as well, happened last two years also and a script was run each time for us.
However this time - we just had a very disappointing call with MYOB - waiting in queue for 1 hour, only to tell us that the issue is due to us having more than 119 employees and that their solution is to redraft all pay runs in smaller batches (we were processing pay for 266 employees, and never had an issue with this amount & more in the last 51 fortnights of pay). They also escalated the issue for me, saying that I will get an email response in 3-5 business days which is frankly just not good enough. Employees need to be paid today.
This timing out issue has happened every year over multiple years with multiple users having this issue and yet this has not yet been addressed.
Could MYOB please assist as soon as possible?
Additionally, if you click 'Retry' on the screenshot above, it duplicated all the pay runs in the other payroll file that we were using (145 employees). Which is a huge waste of time to reverse out all duplicated pay runs one by one because of this software bug.
