Dealing with this issue four years in a row must be frustrating, especially with staff waiting to be paid. Thanks for sharing the details and those last four digits of your serial number. To get this sorted, we’ll need to run a fix script on your company file. The quickest way to get that rolling is by hopping onto Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, where our team can jump in and help. As for whether this issue will be addressed in future releases, there’s no update on that yet.
