As per checking, the error log you attached is caused when the company file has had a serial number removal and the previous serial number had STP on it. To correct the situation and for you to be able to process the pay run, you may need to re-sign up for Single Touch Payroll before starting new pay runs. To do this, kindly check The Help Article Setting up Single Touch Payroll reporting for further steps on how to sign up for Single Touch Payroll.

I am unable to set up STP as it was already set up in the prior company file before the serial number was changed. There is no "get started" button. Please see attached screen shot. Is there someone who can troblehsoot with me directly?

Also - further to the above, I am able to process payroll via the browser, it's only the app on my pc that is not opening. If STP was not set up, would it not stand to reason the online system would also block payroll?
