I am unable to set up STP as it was already set up in the prior company file before the serial number was changed. There is no "get started" button. Please see attached screen shot. Is there someone who can troblehsoot with me directly?

Also - further to the above, I am able to process payroll via the browser, it's only the app on my pc that is not opening. If STP was not set up, would it not stand to reason the online system would also block payroll?
