Hi 

 

If you are paying them I think it should be reported to the ATO and they should get a payment summary, super etc as required.

 

There are non reporting catergories in the ATO reporting - you will need to set up a pay catergory for them and apply that ato reporting catergory to it

 

I would check with your accountant to be sure how this is handled however
