Re: EOY finalisation -ETP payments

If one employee hasn't been finalised, does this mean that the first payroll for the 2022/2023 financial year can't or shouldn't be run?

So that I can advise further, does this employee's Payroll Activity report reconcile with the Payroll Register report? Is it just their Individual Summary of Payments report that is not showing the correct totals?

    Hi Sam_R 

    Yes the Payroll Activity and Payroll Register's reconcile.  The Individual's Summary of Payments is showing two ETP's on dates where the payroll was reversed.   And our YTD Verification Report is showing incorrect Total Salary and Wages, and ETP Componet amounts.

      Could you confirm if you have yet transitioned to STP Phase 2?

        Hi Sam_R 

         

        We have transitioned to STP Phase 2.   Not sure of the exact date though.

         

        I have also lodged a Case (ID 138052) with this issue.  And have provided our Business Success Manager with a copy of the reports indicating the discrepancies.
