Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! Are you able to provide the ABN of both the superfunds so I can take a look into this for you.
Has this query been resolved as I am trying to change my employees sunsuper USI over to the new one for Australian Retirement Trust. The USI for sunsuper was 98 503 137 921 001 and it should now be changed to 60 905 115 063 003 for Australian Retirement Trust.
I tried to change also and couldn't. I think we have to wait till the 1st of July to change
