Thank you for the response. I've tried to run a script again over the file. If it's still not working, try to uninstall and re-install the application and let me know how it goes.

Good morning. Presume I backup each company file to my laptop, delete the application, download and reinstall - and then do the company files automatically download from the MYOB cloud or am I required to recover them from the respective backups?

Thank you for the patience. Once you made a backup file and re-install the application, you can restore your company file by clicking a restore a backup file when you open your AccountRight app. The help article, Restore your company file, has detailed information and instructions to assist with this.
