Hi - MYOB direct debit us every month for the subscription, I am not sure why you could not find this infomation. They company files are also updated to the most updated version on Monday. BTW, the total workstations licensed is 6, is this helpful?

To help you resolve your issue in deleting your employee on a jobmaker, May I request to send us a screenshot of the error message that you get from the start when sending them to ATO? On the error message if you can see the details of the error it would be appreciated if you can send us screenshots of the details as well. This is to furtherly investigate the cause of the error message.
