Reprinting 3 months of Payslips for one employee
I need to reprint 6 months =(13) payslips for one employee.
I have followed the instructions in the help guide "exactly" with no result.
I have tried clearing the cache as mentioned in a previous post about this issue.
When I enter the required dates and "Uncheck the unprinted or unsent box" the result is : "No Records exist or match your criteria".
There must be a way to do this?
Embarrassingly after struggling with this for "a long time" I have solved my own issue by printing a payroll advice report from the reports tab.
This report gives me the payslip information I seek to calculate a back pay.
