Reprinting Payslips

I follow the instructions on the website to reprint payslips.  I select advance filters, uncheck 'Unprinted or Unsent Pay Slips Only' Select the employee and complete the other details.  Select OK.  No records appear on the 'Review Pay Slips Before Delivery' screen.  I have tried this numerous times and have not yet succeeded.  Can anyone help me with this please?

    Hi Earth 

     

    Welcome to the Community Forum. After changing the Advanced Filters - are you clicking the refresh button (usually in the top right-hand corner), to prompt the software to load the information again?

     

    If you do that and still not seeing anything, could you reply with a screenshot? 

     

    (You can use the Microsoft snipping tool to create screenshots and remove sensitive information, then click on Photos to upload).

      Hi Samara,

       

      Thank you for your response.  I did not refresh before so that was a great help, thank you.  

       

      Even with refreshing I still do not get the payslips I need.

       

      I have entered dates and cheque numbers to no avail.  I have also selected all employees, I then get a list of payslips that are of staff that have left the company and they are all old, 2016-2022. I am after a payslip in January 2023.

        Hi Earth 

         

        Thanks for checking that. Can you find an example of a pay run that is not coming up, then go to Find Transactions to open it up, and change the Pay Slip Delivery Status to To be Printed and save.

         

        Then go back to the Print/Email Payslips and check if it now shows on the list?
