Can you please advise we have had a superannuation payment returned to our bank and would like some more details so as we can resubmit.

Regarding returned superannuation payments we have the detailed information in this Help article, Reversing a reprocessing superannuation payment.
You may follow the following instructions from the article to resubmit the returned superannuation payments. Please note that you can’t reverse individual super payments. Once you select Reverse pay superannuation, this will reverse the entire pay transaction.
