Reverse Pay Error - After update

I am trying to reverse a pay  (as i have uploaded to ATO so i cant delete it).  it has not been processed to the bank and is just sitting in my prepare electronic payments.

 

when i click reverse it asks if i want to reverse it, i click yet, i then get the MYOB ERROR MESSAGE

 

i called MYOB yesterday and spoke with someone but she could not fix it.

  • I am having the same issue, except it does not give me a reverse transaction option, only an option to delete the error message #100106 :/

      I get this message  with error code

      SingleTouchPayrollServiceError (100106)


      Message: 
       (SingleTouchPayrollServiceError): Error while trying to check pay event status from 'https://stp.payroll.prod.myob.com/businesses/757862c7-8ffb-4c79-8d14-1f62c27fb003/payruns/4f6f4e73-b072-43cb-a08a-5c2d18fbf31c/status

       

      Only happening since update
