When you terminate an employee, you record the payment in AccountRight and notify the ATO about the employee's end date in the Single Touch Payroll reporting center. If you wanted to process a payment to an employee which is already terminated, the first we need to do is to remove the declared employee termination. This helpful article: Removing an employee termination, will give you detailed information and steps to assist you with the process.
