Salary sacrifice showing on bank reconciliation

We have an employee who is paid salary sacrifice only (one of the company directors).  On the bank reconciliation, it comes through as a void transaction with a zero balance on the bank reconciliation. However, the first 2 pays of this financial year, it is showing the salary sacrifice amount in the withdrawal column. I have checked and the payslip clearly states the amount as salary sacrifice but then at the top it  says "net pay" with the same amount.

 

How do I remedy this issue or do I have to reverse the transaction??
