Self managed super fund ABN issue
Hi,
We are experiencing an issue with Pay Super for one of our employees. When we attempt to process his superannuation payment, we receive an error stating that the ABN is incorrect.
However, we have verified the employee's super fund details, including the ABN, fund name, and all other information, and everything appears to be correct. We have also confirmed that the employee's wife is a member of the same self-managed super fund, and her employer has been able to process super contributions successfully without any issues.
He has contacted his accountant and the ATO as well, and they have confirmed that everything is correct and that the ABN is active.
