Setup STP Reporting - Error message

 

Hi,

 

Trying to setup STP via payroll reporting and getting message 'Something's gone wrong and AccountRight needs to close.'

 

Tried restarting but didn't work.

 

Please help!

Company File ID: 3

 

Product: AccountRight Plus AU 2020.2.2

Build: 2020.2.23.9038

    Hi Parikh 

     

    This error message requires a script to be run on your file, please log out of the file and confirm so I can organise it. It should only take about 2-3 minutes.

    Hi Parikh 

     

    If you're getting this error while checking payroll details, then this can happen if Employment Type and Status has invalid codes used in card in program background.

     

    In order to find the affected cards, export out employee cards using the Import/export assistant and open the file in excel.

     

    Open the cards with invalid codes for Employment category to another option in the drop down menu and back, repeat this for the status.

     

     

    This will refresh the correct cards in the background.


    However, if it doesn't fix the issue, please attach the diagnostic log so we can investigate the issue further.
