I can see how that can certainly get you frustrated. Yes, you can still book an appointment as you’ve done before.
If you’re using AccountRight, you’ve got access to Priority Support, which lets you book a dedicated 30-minute call with one of our specialists.
Just head to our Getting help and support page here:
https://www.myob.com/au/support/myob-business/get-help-support/getting-help-and-support
Under “What if I need more help?”, choose Priority Support (AccountRight users) and follow the prompts to book a time that suits you.

Thankyou Genreve. Have tried this now following your link and Myob says I don't have access to this level of support which is strange as I Definity have in the past.
