I can see how that can certainly get you frustrated. Yes, you can still book an appointment as you’ve done before.
If you’re using AccountRight, you’ve got access to Priority Support, which lets you book a dedicated 30-minute call with one of our specialists.
Just head to our Getting help and support page here:
https://www.myob.com/au/support/myob-business/get-help-support/getting-help-and-support
Under “What if I need more help?”, choose Priority Support (AccountRight users) and follow the prompts to book a time that suits you.

We have Myob AccountRight Premiere Additional Subscription and yet when I select 'Book a Priority Support Specialist' as was advised - we are told we do not have access to that page as we need a subscription.
