Thanks for sharing the screenshots. This error usually means AccountRight has hit a snag trying to open the Pay Bills or Enter Purchases window.
A good first step is to close and reopen AccountRight, then try again. If it only happens on one bill or purchase, it could be an issue with that transaction. If it happens on all of them, it’s worth checking your computer’s region and date settings too.
If it keeps happening after that, our support team may need to take a closer look at the company file to check for a damaged transaction link. You can reach out by creating a ticket in My Account or connecting to our live chat team through MOCA, our virtual assistant.
