Staff onboard issue

i have a staff member who has accepted the invitation to onboard. Clicks on the Sign In which then notifies him "Check your inbox" for the link to confirm his email.

Nothing arrives in his inbox or spam folder.

 

I have resent his invitation, we go through it all again only to not have the link email arrive.

 

Where do we go from here? Who can help with the fact the email never arrives?

    Hi Max8,

     

    It might be best to reach out to support via the MyAccount window or Live Chat through MOCA. The issue could be specific to your employee's email address, and support may be able to help.

     

    Feel free to create a new thread if you need any other help.
