STP error-CMN.ATO.PAYEVNT.000199 ERROR

Hi I received the error message CMN.ATO.PAYEVNT.000199 ERROR when I finished adjusting a leave entitlement. I recorded the payment date as of current date, but still didn't let me process. Can anyone...

    I fixed after different trying. It seems you can't use the pay period same as your last normal payroll when you adjust leave entitlement. 

    once you enter a differnt pay period, it went through.
