STP ERROR CODE: CMN.ATO.PAYEVNTEMP.000295

Can someone please help? I am reporting STP and getting this error code CMN.ATO.PAYEVNTEMP.000295 = The Tax Treatment code Working Holiday Maker must have a valid Income Stream Type\   I am not...

    Hi there ShoshanaZatz,

     

    The STP error code CMN.ATO.PAYEVNTEMP.000295 refers to the Income Type of the employee. You'll find this on their employee card. You can follow the steps below:

     

    • Card File.
    • Cards List.
    • Employee tab, then open the employee's card.
    • Payroll Details tab.
    • Taxes.
    • Income Type. Since you're unable to select the Country of origin as it's grayed out, make sure that you have set up the income Type to Working holiday maker. This way, you'll be able to select the Country of origin.

  • Taxes.
