STP finalisation failed

I can't finalise 2022-23 STP for one employee set up in MYOB Accountright.  I keep getting an error stating "The State entered in this employee's address is either blank or in the wrong format." Ther...

Thanks for your post.

 

We're sorry to hear that you can't finalise for one of your employees due to the error you received. To correct the situation, kindly check if the State is written in capital letters. Also, Are there any characters in the address, for example, 1/2 Happy St.? If so, can you remove the characters and see if that resolves the issue.

The state is in capitals and there are no special characters in the address.
