STP finalisation not acknowledged by ATO

I've received through my BAS Agent portal notification that one of my MYOB ARLive client's STP has not been finalised as of today - 10th Aug.  

 

I finalised it on the 5th of July and I've attached a snippet of the finalisation confirmation.

 

My other ARLive files have updated in the ATO OK.

 

Is this a MYOB error to not actually send it through to the ATO every time?

 

I've emailed ATO via my practice mail with the attached jpeg too but I'm not expecting any reply within 3 months.

 

Does MYOB know about this issue?  Do you know how I can fix it.

    Hi carolineh,

     

    Thank you for your post.

     

    If there is a 'tick' showing in the Final indicator column, this tells us the finalisation has been sent from the software. In these cases, we would advise speaking with the ATO to check what could be the cause for the delay in them receiving it. 

     

    Additionally, if you open the 'Reports' tab, can you see any finalisation reports sent with a 'Rejected' or 'Accepted with errors' status?
