I've made some changes to your account to help you with your issue about STP. You can log in to AccountRight and confirm your company file before processing the pay run. Once the company file is confirmed, try processing the pay run again. If you still encounter any error messages, you'll need to reach out to our support team directly via our virtual assistant MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
