STP Not available

After the update to 2025.9.1.3 last night we are currently experiencing an error message saying STP Not Available - Your organization is not registered for Single Touch Payroll.

 

We have reconfirmed our ATO STP link and are still getting the error.  We can get around it by going manual lodging through Payroll Reporting.

 

Has anyone else had this error?

    The STP Reporting issue has now been resolved. Thank you for your patience whilst we worked to fix it.

    Its now 1.30pm Eastern Daylight Savings Time and its still not working.

  • Yes I received the same error, 9:50am WA, Myob accountright desktop version and after the last update. 

  • Yes, same - just tried to lodge via Desktop version - same error. Lodged online all ok.

    Thanks for flagging this with us. We're aware some folks are getting the "STP Not Available" message at the moment. Our team's already on the case and working hard to get it sorted as quickly as we can. Really appreciate your patience while we wrangle this one.     Yes it is not working using the Desktop version however it reports correctly by lodging through the Web Browser.

    Looks like there is an issue, it is now listed as an incident on the MYOB Community Connect.  They're in the process of trying to resolve it now.

  • Yes, just processed my payroll and had the same message.
