STP Reconcilliation to Payroll and Payroll Activity Summary

I have one employee whos overtime, annual leave etc is not added into their STP gross wages so is making my reports out and his wages lower than they actually were.

Still waiting for a reply to this have tired various suggestions but nothing is working
