Thanks for clarifying that. The first thing I’d suggest checking is whether that pay run is included in your Payroll Activity report, Payroll Register and STP year-to-date verification report. If those reports all match and include the pay, the figures reported to the ATO are usually fine. This can happen in past-dated pay situations, depending on the payment date used and whether the pay was being reported as a correction or as a new pay run.

If you were expecting that submission to appear as a normal pay event with the pay-period amounts showing, it would generally need to be reported as a New pay run rather than an Updated pay run.
 

I know that’s a bit confusing when the payslip shows the full period, but the $0 STP line on its own doesn’t always mean the pay was missed. More information here: Reporting past-dated pays for Single Touch Payroll

Thanks for the screenshot. That STP line can show $0.00 if it was lodged as an update event. To make sure the correct payroll figures have still been reported to the ATO, you’ll just need to check your YTD Verification report, Payroll Activity report, and Payroll Register report. If those all match, then you should be all good.

But this was that actual pay run.  and the payslip show pay period from 17-06-2026 - 30/06/2026 and payment date 30/06/2026.
