stp set up assigning ato codes

I am trying to set up single touch payroll and it says i have an error that needs to be fixed, assigning ATO code to superannuation. when i open this, the assign tab is greyed out any help would be...

Thanks for your post, and Welcome to MYOB Community Forum.

 

To further assist you with this, kindly send me a private message with the following details:

 

  • Serial number
  • Name of primary contact and email address
  • Business name
  • Company File ID (If using AccountRight), go to Help > About MYOB AccountRight
  • The exact name of the category you are having issues with assigning to the ATO Reporting Category
