Super authorisation code not sending

Hi all, 

 

Is anyone else having issues with superannuation authorisation codes coming through on Account Right today? 

 

Trying to process staff super payments for december but no code has been sent. Have been waiting over 20 mins and they usually send the SMS instantly.

    Hi MsK-inthebooks,

     

    The team is aware of the current issue with the Super Authorization code and is currently investigating. Some users have reported that toggling the airplane mode on and off alleviates the issue.
