I ended up going on live chat. somehow our super had unlinked, so it should be resolved in about an hour

Good morning, that would be worrying, especially on payday. The “Whoops, something went wrong” message can sometimes pop up if one or more of the super funds included in the payment has been closed and no longer accepting contributions. It’s worth checking each super fund’s details to make sure nothing has changed or been entered incorrectly. If it’s still happening after that, you can reach out to our live chat team through our virtual assistant, MOCA, and they’ll be able to help further.

Thanks for your reply. That shouldnt be the case, but I will check each super fund's details. Can I do this by going in to the superannuation fund list? Will it show up errors here? thank you

Yes, you can check it from each employee card, or from your super fund list, either option is fine. The main thing is to make sure the super fund details are still correct, the fund is still active, and it hasn’t been merged into a different super fund name. You can validate its details from Super Fund Lookup.
