SUPER FUND NOT SHOWING ON LIST

Hi,

I have a compliance letter from AMP Super with USI and ABN numbers however it is not showing on your list in MYOB Account Right.

 

76514770399 AMP SUPERANNUATION SAVINGS TRUST AMP0277AU AMP0277AU CustomSuper

 

PLEASE advise ASAP.  Thank you.

    Hi GayleHEH, 

     

    Thanks for attaching that document. In the statement it states that From 1 October 2021 CustomSuper will be called SignatureSuper, on our MYOB funds list there is SignatureSuper available. if you're unsure if this is the correct fund please check with AMP to see if this would be the correct fund that you'd need to use.

    Thank you for your post. We have had a few posts in regards to a change in AMP super, so I can take a look into this fund specifically can you please send me a private message with the following information:

    • Serial number 
    • Screenshot of the letter with the change
