As for this matter, Kindly follow this. You need to untick the Bonus when you go Payroll Categories>>Bonus>>Superannuation>>Superannuation guarantee>>Click on Exempt>> Untick Bonus>>The click OK.

i HAVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR 1.5HRS AND WHEN FINALLY I GOT THROUGH I WAS ADVISED I NEEDED TO BE TRANSFERRED AND WAS ON HOLD FOR ANOTHER HOUR AND THEN THE LINE GOT DISCONNECTED

Can you please try to follow this. ticked exempt from income tax in the payroll category which overrode the ATO classification. Unticked, then pushed through a zero payroll.
