Super Payments still say Processing Payments

I have noticed that under the Manage Payment re Super that the STATUS field is still showing 2 weekly payments of super made as PROCESSING PAYMENT yet the money has left our business bank account.  P...

No there is an issue and MYOB looking into - the Desktop and Browser  are not syncing!!
