Super sign up - Whoops something went wrong

Hi - When I try to sign up for super it continually gives me the, Whoops, Something Went Wrong error.

    Thanks for your post. If you're still experiencing this, can you please make sure that you're either using the Owner email address of the account to sign up or the administrator email address. 

     

    Do let me know how you go.

      Hi Melisa - Thanks for your reply. I am using the owner email address.

       

      It did allow me to register at one stage and it said it would send 1 cent through to my bank account for verification. This never came through and from that time onwards this error was given.

        Thanks for the update, please send me a private message with the following information so I can look into this:

        • Serial number 
        • Your full name and email address 
        • Screenshot of the error
        • FIle ID (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
