Superannuation - PAYMENT FAILED - no notifications
Hi MYOB
I processed my last Superannuation payment for my last employee in April 2022.
I have been using the Superannuation payments since it started any never had a issue. HOWEVER, this last superannuation payment FAILED.
I have never had this issue before and have only realised this payment failed 3 months later.
WHY was there no nofitication or alert issued for this failed payment?
There should be a process in place where users are notified of FAILED payments.
Very dissapointed that the program failed to give any notification or email to advise the payment failed.
