Superannuation - Status payment Failed

Hi   My clients November superannuation payment status was flagged "Payment Failed". According to the client notification of the failure hasn't been received. I have reversed the transaction ready ...

Hey Denise_Cimarosti,

 

You'll need to reach out to the Pay Super team directly via paysuper@myob.com to know the reason why the Superannuation payment failed. They'll be able to provide you with specific details about the payment failure.
